ON THE FOURTH I'AOE. iag of the hospital annex was held on Saturday morning in Mr J. C, George's office. Present : Messrs Tisch, Cock, George, and E. M. Smith', M.H.H. Mr Tisch was elected chairman', ami Mr CJeorge hon. secretary and ■treasurer. The following resolutions were passed : That the wish of thu public meeting recently convened by Mr Tisch that the public opening of the annex be held in the afternoon of May 21, with an afternoon tea that bo made self-sup-porting, be given effect to : that a marquee be erected In which any addresses v.UI be delivered, anil from which afternoon tea will be dispensed at sixpence per cup ; that Mesdames Cock (Mayoress), E. M. Smith' and Tisch be requested to set up a sub-committee of ladies to co-opei'-afc with this committed in arranging for the aftiTuooji tea. <
