MILITARY SHOULD SECURE ORDERS.
{Received May 7, 4.47 p.m.) LONDON, May G. An association of German industries is sending an expedition to Morocco to prepare tho way for German exports. There arc indications that Germany's chief objection to Uaron Taillander's proposals relates to the appointments of French military instructors. German instructors would secure orders for Germany for war mafeflal.--It is semi-offlcially hinted in Paris that Germany intends submitting a proposal after the return of Horr Tattenbach. German, Minister to Morocco, with a view of securing compensation.
