(Received May 5, 10.12 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 5. As an outcome of the controversy in regard to the expense of the peripatetic High Court, the Chief Justice announced that the Court would sit as long as was deemed expedient in any one capital. This will probably effect ,a sawing, as the Court •will sit a longer period in one city, instead of moving about regularly whether business demands it or not. Under the new arrangements the headquarters of the Court will be to a great extent at Sydney.
