(Per Press Association.) mjiSEDiN, May 1. In the Divorce Court, in the case of Wilson v. Wilson, the husbands ■ petition for a decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute alter three months. McMusl- - tho wife's petition, respondent, J as. McMaster, of Mangamahoe, butcher, did not appear. The parties were married in 1876, and the misbehaviour of the husband led to a separation. He agreed to pay £1 per week, but only made one payment, and cleared out. A decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, was granted.
