—« —■— NEW PLYMOUTH v. WANG AN LI. On Saturday a visiting team of bowlers from Wanganui played a four rink match against the New Plymouth Club on the hitler's green. New Plymouth, won three of_thu, four rinks, and secured the victory by 5)0 points to 80. Afternoon tea was provided by the ladies. At the conclusion of the mutch Mr l'mil oxpressed the pleasure of his club at meeting their old opponents, and hoped next year to return the visit. Mr Porrett responded on behalf of the visitors. The scores were : Wanganui (Carson, Dindon, McFarlane, I'errett) 17, v. New Plymouth (Rundlc C, Hooper, Ooldwater Ad Bundle S.), 22. Wanganui (Fountain, Soler, Dickson, Bianie) 26, v.
