The Russiun hospital ship, believed <o Ik; one of Vice Admiral DiebogatofT's squadron has arrived at llatavia. It seems the Russians are 'using the hospital ships for .scouting purpose*. Advices from Shanghai state that the Toatai increased the picket boats guarding the Kilsslan warships which took refuge there.
