The Fish Importation Case.
(Received April 17, 11.37 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 17. The HigH Court granted the application ol tiw Collector of Customs in Vicloria for power to search certain books; in the possession of James Allen, fish importer, Victoria, in cotmect|iott with the importation of 39 shipments of New Zealand blue cod during 1901-02, whereon it is alleged that the duty is unpaid.
