AN INDISCREET ACTION.
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 15. With regard to the egg-laying competition at Blenheim the Premier ex pixsses surprise that the promoters •sold the sole right of publishing the results to a certain newspaper published in the South. Air Seddon points out that the competition has been subsidised by a grant of the colony's money, and that the colonyis entitled to the fullest information on a subject in which so great an interest is taken.
