The Daily Mail's Singapore coi-r-cspondent assorts positively that seven Russian battleships passed Singapore on Saturday, and declares that the Japanese Counsel confirms this after going in a launch close enough t 0 identity each ship. Hague advices state that the Dutch squadron will proceed to Anambra, to preserve neutrality. The Russians are still anchoredten miles northwest of Anambra, although some reports state that ViceAdmiral Dicbogatofl is off Socotra, in the Indian Ocean, near the Red Sea. According to St. Petersburg telegrams, he is expected to join Admiral Rozhdcstvensky in ten days.
