SCUKMK PAKTIALLY CAMMED. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON', April 12. A poll of the rutrjwyors of Wellington wan taken to-day on the proposal of the City Council to borrow £210,500 for an improved water supply, the erection of a new refuse destrudtor, acquirement of public lighting mains, etc., from the electrical syndicate, thy extension of the public library, and the construction of Kulhiirnu Park. Votes- were taken on each proposal separately, with the. result that the money was authorised for the water supply, destructor ami lighting. This involves £l>:tr>,oo<>.
