A MINISTERIAL TOUR.
(Per Press Association.) GISBORNE, April 12. The weather promises fine for the opening of the railway to-morrow. The Ministerial party were banquetted to-night by the Mayor. The Hons. Hall-Jones, McGowan, and Carroll proceed from Karaka after tho ceromony to Motu, returning about Saturday evening.
