AN EXTRAORDINARY CASE.
* (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, April 10. An extraordinary case came before Mr Dyer, S.M., to-day, when Mr nrookfleld, acting- on behalf of Mrs Alice Lee, charged Barry Leo with being about to desert his wife. Mrs Leo gave some ramu'kuljlo evidence. She had been married live years, and her husband, had not maintained her during the lust six weeks. She handed the a telegram, which she said had been sent to a young lady in Auckland by her buttband, nsklng her to come to him to New IMy mouth.
