(> The Times, of India, states it has e received authentic information that - Russian troops were replaced at - Bokhara and all posts on the Upper B ( Okus in Roshan Singnan, and four C ( thousand detached at Mcrv are per- ; manentiy added to the Ivuskli and 5 Murghab forces. The deficiency at Merv have been filled from Orenburg.
