Mr Dishop, S.M., has reserved* judgment till Tuesday next in the ease under the Shops and Offices Act, in which he was called upon to decide whether a restaurant) is a shop under the Act. Ci, H. Foil, fishmonger and restaurant room keeper, waa charged with having worked some of his female employees 72 hours instead of 52 hours ner week. *
