Tfie Kaiser remained two hours' al Tangier, mainly spent in a reception at the Legation.- He received the Moorish Minister of War moat cordially. Replying to the German residents' address, he declared ho had come to , assert . the . princ pie that German commercial and economic interests ought, together with the Sultan's Sovereignty and Morocco's integrity, to be maintained intact. He trusted it would foe so. It is reported that the Kaiser spoke even more emphatically with \Jthe Sultan's uncle. Raisuli's brother headed the tribesmen's guard at the Legation.:
