ANOTHER CIIAUUE DISMISSED. C (Per Press Association.) \ AUCKLAND, March 29 'A charge of assault, arising out of the Premier's recent meeting in Auckland, ■brought by William Kichardson against P-. J. Xcrhtny, president of tins local branch of the Liberal and Labour Federation, who .was one of the officials responsible for the management of the meeting, was dismissed.
