NO GUNS LOST. GUNS AND I'HISONERS CAPTURED. (Reqeiwd March 24, 0.20 a.m.) Russian advices from Sepinghai, 70 miles north of Tieling, state that the First Army in retreating did not lose any guns and w-as "driven from none of the positions, but captured seven machine guns and four hundred prisoners.
