(Per Prewt Aaaoetatioa.) DtKEDIN, Match 28. A strong gulo and the first strong wind experienced for Home montha spoiled the anniiversary holiday to a large extent. A considerable ber made their way to Wattiola, where the Rowing Association's regatta was to' be held, but the gale continued all day, and no events were got off. The Early Settlers' Aaaociation held a large gathering in the evening, at which Lord Plunket waa present.
