KAIYUEN OCCUPIED.
(Received March 21, 11 p.m.) LONDON', March 21. The Japanese on the 19th occupied Kaiyuen. and repulsed a counter attack. Belated messages show that tie Japanese wee inferior in guns in the Mukden buttle. Two battalions eastwards of Fuling. after the Russian line was pierced, entrained and have arrived at Uunzuling, 140 miles to the north.
