TERRIBLE MASSACRES.
Fourteen Hundred Murdered.
LONDON, March 9. There arc revolutionary disturbances at Smolensk. Crowds are exh'i<b'iting red flags. There has been a recruclesence of the reser\ist riots at Minsk and elsewhere. Russian officials attribute t-ho disturbances in the Caucasus to the Armenian K<>j)ara!i-t (Vminittre. Revolutionists! in London declare that terrible, massacres are occurring jin the Caucasus, and assert that fourteen 'hundred persons* have been killed.
