PRESSING THE RETREATERS.
The Longest Way Round. LOXOOV, March 9. The Ja|iancKu to the oast are pressing the retreaters. Mukden on Wednesday morning reported that a heavy cannonade was progressing nortli-west of the walls. An otlicial report from Tokio on Thursday stated lhat the Hussian retreat began yesterday, and that ill the Japanese arms were vigorously pursuing the enemy. The French journal Le Temps' Antanirivo correspondent reports that Admiral Hozhdestvmsky's fleet has left Madagascar for Jibutil.
