Canada's Educational Difficulty.
(Received March 8, 10.45 p.m.) LONDON, March 8. The Daily Chronicle reports Messrs Sel'ton, Fielding, and Mulooh, Canadian Ministers, have resigned, objecting to the estat)lishiinent of separate Catholic schools in the new proviivces. Alberta Saskatchewan contended that the North American Act itv serves education to provincial jurisdiction, and that the Ontario-Quebec compromise does not applv to other provinces. Sir Wilfrid Laurier threatens a dissolution if further resignations are tendered'.
