THIRD AUCKLAND JURY DISAGREE. FOURTH THUL ORDERED. (rcr Press Association.) AUCKLAND. March 1W At thu Supremo Court to-day Annie Thome was sentenced to six months for ijerjury In connection with a sly grog case j n which she was fined £75. Before sentence was passed the Crown Prosecutor called William Thomas Wilson, a juryman, who said accused bad upproadwd him and wild "If you are on my case, lor God's sake let uic oO." The jury again in the charge against Henwrt Pearson of committing rape upon * married woman at Cambridge on Oct. 5. This ' was the. third trial, lasting nine days, and u|>on the conclusion of thtf case the Crown Prosecutor applied for a fresh trial, which was granted.
