THE KETCH KEKENO.

(Per Press Association.) INVERCAUfIILL, Feb. 27. Considerable anxiety is being felt for the safety of the ketch K+. kfcno, with a crew of eight, which left on January 17 for the Watt Coast, on a fishing cruise. Ska should have returned two weeks ago. Several boats which left the Bluff after tho Kekeno have returned, but saw nothing of the missing craft. Later. It transpires that the ketch Kekeno, reported overdue at tho Bluff, was seen in Chalky Inlet on the 22nd ult., when she was leaving for Thompson Sound next day. She was seen by tho Moeraki on the 12th Inst., in the latter sound. No one was seen on board, and it was presumed thnt the crew wore away fishing. No anxiety Is yet felt by those most interested. The craft waa many years ago a training vessel at Auckland.
