STRIKE AT ST. PETERSBURG.
(Received Feb. 26, 4.15 p.m.) St. PETERSBURG, Feb. 25. Forty , thousand workers, mostly tjelonging to well-paid Government estajfishnieiKs at St. I'etvrsburg, again struck when the Czar ordered nine hours a day to be worked. • The Libuu and Romny railway stations workshops' employees have elected representatives to report that they need a rise in wages, upon the granting of which work will be resumed.
