HAS received instructions from Thomas Hutchison, Esquire, the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Now Zealand fit New Plymouth, acting for the Second Mortgagees, to sell at his auction rooms, Devon Street, NewPlymouih, on SATURDAY, the 25th day of February, 1905, at 2 o'clock : ALL that piece of land situated in the Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred, containing 6a. 2r. 5p., bo the same a little rnorto or less., being part of the section No. 101 on the public map of the said Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred, and being the whole of the land comprised in C/T Volume 33, Folio 101 (Taranaki District Land Register). AND ALSO in ailthat parcel of land containing 49a. lr. 8p.,, he the same a little more or less ; being part of the section No. 13 on the public map of the Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred, and being the whole of the land comprised in C/T Volume 33, Folio 51 (Taranaki District Land Register). AND ALSO all that parcel of land in the l'rovindtal District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 13-1 acres, be the same a> little more or less ; Oepart of the allotment No. 53 on the Official Record Map of the Hua and Waiwakaiho District, bounded towards the north by part of the said allotment, 3200 links, towards the east by the Waiwakaiho Hliver, towards the south by other part of the said allotment, 1820 links, and towards the west by Albert Road, 6531 links. AND ALSO all that parjcel of land in the l'rovincial District of Taranaki aforesaid, «ontaining by admeasurement 68a.
