a WILL PKODAHLY VISIT NEW PLYMOUTH. (Per Fress Associations) STIIATFOHD, Feb. 23. We understand that Now Plymouth people arc trying to arrange for a train to leave Stratford on Monday next, after the Premier's reply to Mr Masse}-, for New Plymouth. The Premier will be entertained at a supper at 10,80 p.m. He leaves for Eltham and Havana , t next day, and will probably spued a day or two in N«w Plymouth.
