ROYAL MOURNING FOR THE GRAND DUKE.

The German and British Courts go into mourning for a week and that of Hesse for a month for the late Grand Duke Sergius. The municipality of Moscow has condoled with the Czar and with the widow of Sergius. The funeral fakes Iplace on the 23rd, and the body will remain in Chudow Monastery, Moscow, pending its transfer to St. Petersburg., when times)become quieter. The Times correspondent states that the Czar and family. Prince Henry of Prussia, and others will attend pj Requiem Mass held at Tsarskoe Selo on the 23rd. Revolutionists in St. Petersburg have scattered \ iolently-worded proclamations about factories and offices, and have posted them on staircases and side stree:s>. urging the workmen to make armed reprisals against their oppressors.

The Novoe Vremva states that Russian society, shaken to its foundations and torn with dissension, is partially responsible for the as-sas-sination of the Grand Duke Sergius.
