MOXDAY, FEB. 13. 1905. (Be/ore Mr. T. Hutchison, S.M.) —Claim for Bauiages.— The further hearing of the action for damages brought by Ada Badlock against J. W._ Baker was resumed. *, Air Cecil Wright continued his address on plnSnt.ifTfi behalf, dcalin.c chiefly with the theory advanced for the defence that Greenawa.v's horse ran into the back of Baker'is trap and tore oH its bridle by contact with the projections on the top of the tailboard of that cart. He pointed out what he considered were discrepancies in the defendant's evi-| dence. contending that defendant must have known there was an accident. He alfo contended that there was no contributory negligence on plaintiff's part, even if there were ( any on Greenaway's part. I At the conclusion of Counsel's address. His Worship intimated that he I was clear as to the facts of the easo. but would look into the law ■ iHiints raised, and deliver judgment this (Tuesday) morning, i Mr C. H.
