(Keceived Fob. 10. 10 p.m ) SYDNEY, Feb! 10. i . u , ca , KC Nugent for a breach of the anti-strike law, in connection with the recent whoelers" strike at Newcastle, the prosecution broke down. Counsel for the defonoe took the point tirat there wan no todustriul dispute shown an defined by the act. The judgy ruled that there was no evidence of an industrial dispute, and dismissed the case. J'he Crown has decided to proceed [in another case, which it considers jis not covered by the Judy's ruling.
