Al the inquest concerning the tloath of the boy W'ardj who died toilay in consoijuence of injuries ro'ceived on the electric trnnuvav track jyesterdny, Hie jury returned n ver'that death was accidental, the Imolonnnn of the car ln"ing absolved from blame. In his evidence, the motorninn stated that just before the accident a gust of wind blew a cloud of dust up, and lie was forced momentarily to bow his head anil close his eyes. On looking up he saw the boy two feet from the front of the car, and being unable to pull up in that distance the car struck the |nd down. The car was going about four mi|es an hour. .lust befo/e the accident he had shut off power and pu| the brake on jn order to negoliatp a curve.
