BUTTER FOR JAPAN.
(Per Press Association.) CHUISTCHURCII, Feb. 5. The "lYiieri and Peninsula Dairy Company to-day received a cable from Japan covering an order for ;3000 cases- of butter, to l>e delivered between February and April. The company's output is practically sold till the end of March, but nl'siK-cial elTort will be made to fill the order, at least partially. Local companies have already solti 500 tons of butter for delivery in South Africa this year.
