Egmont Road Board.
The ordinary monthly meeting of the board was held on Sunday afternoon, at the office of the se-jte-tary, Mr P. C. Morton. Present : Messrs T. Howo (chairman), F. Salway, J. Martin, F. Davy, and JJ. Martin. Accounts amojbting to £IOB 9s were passed for payment. Tenders for metalling Willis Hoad and or patching I-lenwood Road were opened. It was decided not to accept any! of t j lo -te nf Joi-s for the Wills Hoad contract, but to call for fresh tenders. Mr H. O. Rkelton's tender of -Is (id per yard for carting JSC yards of metal on to the lienwood Road was accepted, The board then adjourned.
