GREATER DUNEDIN.
(Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Jan. 31. A fair amount of interest was 'taken in the poll in the borough of South Duncdin to decide whether to amalgamate with the city. The o\y. poneintst of the < proposal worked hard to defeat it, but despite this it was carried by a majority of 154, the voting' being : For amalgamation, 584; against, 430.
