Adolph and Frederick SfeOuinn. formerly tailorN, of Wellington, held to-day, the assignee said there was nothing in the estate. Ilankrupl's bank book showed a crodit balance of 5s (id. it was understood that the bankrupts had audi denly gone from Wei ling ton to .Napier, and they were ulluged to hay* taken certain goods with them. Inquiry there failed to reveal any trace ol them. They were also sought in Auckland, but again without result . Their oi>en accounts show £IBB and bills payable in February and March £358, altogether soiho £SOO. "It is a very undesirable thing to ullowlhese ]M!U|»|u to gu," rciuarkeit the Olllciul Assignee.
