At the wool sales prices wfere irregular, and the market rather unsettled. Tho current Bradford quotations for tops are SO* low crossbreds Is 3Jd, forty-fours cross breds IS M, fifties haHMbruds Is ISJd, fifty-sixes quarterbreds Is B}d, sixties merinos 2s OJd. Business is dull. Tlio English cocksfoot market is affected by crop reports from New Zealand.. There is a. bolter demand for cocksfoot seed, at averagn prices. Bright, clean, New Zealand eockN. foot seed, weiighiug' 17jib per bushetl, on spot, to-day* brought 51s per cwt. There is a plentiful supply of medium anil dark cocksfoot reed, I"'' which sales are slow.
