TENDERS FOB LEASE OF TOKO JUNCTION HOTEL. THE PROPRIETORS call for tenders for purchase of a lease of the Toko Junction Hotel and Stables, situated about six miles from Stratford at the junction of the Ohura and Toko Roads, on part of Section 41, Block 3, Ngairc, and containing about one acre, such lease containing, inter alia, the following conditions : (a) Term, 12 years from the Ist March, 1905. (b) Rental for first three .years, £6 p&• week ; for next three years, £7 per week ; and for balance of term, £8 per week'. (c) Lessee to pay rates, taxes, and Insurance. The successful tenderer to execute lease in form required by "Lessors; to take over furniture and trade, etc., in' hotel, and chattels and effects in Stables at a valuation to be fixed by arbitrators ; and within three days of acceptance of tender to sign necessary contract.
