Hentil (Deputy for Dean Sevrs,) that of Minister for the Colonics, and M. Dubief (Deputy for 'Seine et Loire) that of Minister for Commerce. Seven of the Ministry arc without administrative experience. The Late M. Syveton. LURID LIGHT ON THE WAYS OF POLITICIANS. BRUSSELS, Jan. 25. M. Syveton's safe was opened at Brussels. It contained receipts for 1,3000,000 francs distributed by I'aris journals und politicians to promote various political campaigns.
