The Ameer Wants a Seaport (Received Jan. '27, 0.44 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 26. The Aracer asks Louis Dane. British Envoy, for a strip of land extending to the sea, for the purposes of a railway and an Afghan seaport, considering this preferable to a subsidy and testifying to his friendship for England.
