PLACE DARK COMPLEXION ON OUTLOOK. PARIS, Jan. 25. Lo Petit Journal's St. Petersburg correspondent advises his paper that the armed workmen worsted the soldiery at Kolpino more than once during the massacre, which lasted there from morning till night. The correspondent adds that it is officially estimated that one hundred and eight persons were killed and three hundred and eighty wounded. The whole village was the scene of horrible deeds. Other French advicos state that the Czar is practically sequestrated. The persistent silence imposed on him by dangerous advisers causes uneasiness lest the people lue driven to desperation. They have hitherto Ijecn accustomed to look upon the Czar as their sole spiritual and temporal head, but 'hits present attitude suggests a position of tutelage. Despite tihq obviously clumsily cenaored news there are unmistakeablo signs that the attitude of the Russian crowds in the large centres is sullen, and that their pent-up rage is as a storm ready to burst.
