THE PROPRIETORS call for tenders for purchase of a lease of tho Toko Junction Hotel and Stables, situated about six miles from Stratford at tile junction of the Ohura and Toko Roads, on part of Section 41, Block 3, Ngairc, anil containing about one acre, such lease containing, inter alia, the following conditions : (a) Term, 12 years from tho Ist March, 1905. (b) Rental for first three. years, JCO per week ; for next three years, £7 per week ; and for balance of term, £8 per week. (c) Lessee to pay rates, taxes, and insurance.
