THE PROPRIETORS call foi tenders for purchase of a lease of the Toko Junction Hotel and Stables, situated about six miles from Stratford at the junction of the Ohura and Toko Roads, on part of Section 41, Block 3, Ngaire, and containing about one acre, such lease containing, inter alia, the following conditions : (a) Term, 12 years from the Ist March, 1905.
