THE PROPRIETORS call for tenders for purchase of a lease of the Toko J unction Hotel and Stables, situated ; about six miles from Stratford at the junction of the Ohura and Toko Roads, on part of Section 41, Block 3, Ngaire, and containing about one acre, such lease containing, inter alia, the following conditions : (a) Term, 12 years from the Ist March, 1905.
