French Political Crisis.
Cabinet May Resign. (Received Jan. 16, 1.2 a.m.) TARIS, Jan. 15. The French Chamber, despite M. Berteaux's announcement that the Government had abandoned the system of secret political reports, passed a vole of confidence in tlre Ministry, only adopted, after M. Combes' strong partisan appeal, by 1289 to 279. The Cabinet's resignation is expected to-morrow.
