rJAPAS'S SPOILS AT PORT ARTHUR. A Goodly Hani. (Received Jan. 13* 9.1 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 13. General Nogi reports the completion of the surrender of Port Arthur, including 59 forts, 546 guns (whereof 54 are large calibre), 35,252 ri- „. fles, 82,670 shells, 60. torpedoes, 2-, 266,800 cartridges, 30,000 kilogrammes of powder, 1891 swords, four taajtUesbips (not including the Sevastopol), two cruisers, and fourteen gun-boats and destroyers, ten steamers, eight launches, twelve miscellaneous craft. " The above wero destroyed or sunk, and 35 additional small steamers require slight repairs. A Reutor message says that sixteen survivors from the third Japanese naval party sent to block the mouth of Port Arthur are going to Sasebo. Thirteen thousand wounded Russians are eventually to be taken to Japan:
