Nihilists in Switzerland are preparing a million copies of pamphlets advising Russians not to proceed to the Far East.Nine prominent leaders declare that a, general revolt will begin in a few weeks in Moscow, then in .Warsaw, KiefT, and St. Petersburg. A manifesto signed by 117 literary, political, and scientific Russians has been published in Stuttgait, and Zurich. It narrates the f cruel knouting of female students ,1 and other girls not connected with | the demonstration on the llth.
