JAPANESE DRAW CLOSER ROUND PORT ARTHUR. (Received Dec. 30, 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 30. A further list shows 49 Japaneso ollicers, from! colonels down-wards, killed, and *lB wounded. Japanese at ilalny report that the Japanese have captured Yangthuban Hill, enable them to harass the land communications between Liao-ti-shnn, Itzu-shan, and An-tzu-shan.
