THE COLLINS CASE. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Dec. 19. In tlie manslaughter charge aga/inst Dr. Collins, the evidence foi the prosecution was concluded today. Mr Cotter, solicitor for the defence, coniendod there was no cast maicfo out lor committal, )>ut accue ad was committed for trial. His Worship held that there wot evidence that there were two unnecessary incisions in the intestines, causing unnecessary shock and ac celerattug dofth, therefore h thought there was a case before hin to be sent up for trial. He was sure that when tho matter went to tho jury they would have an opportunity of hearing evidence which had so far not been collod.
