The Kanfuriy Cup, presented to the Wellington Rifle Battalion for field firin ff , wis won by the Wellington College Rifles. The conditions were that each Company had to fire in lour sections, six men eacli, live vol. leys prone at each 600 and 500 yards, five volleys kneeling at 400 yards, five Volleys standing at 300 yards. The college also won the cup in 1901 and 1902, and tied for it last jeur, being beaten in the shoot i off. The cup now becomes »noii' absolute property,
