AFGHANISTAN.
THE MEETING OF THE LION AND THE BEAR. RUSSIA FEELS VENGEFUL. LONDON, Dec. 6. The Stamford's Moscow correspondent reports that an entire division from the Caucasus has been ordered to the Afghan frontier. Russians consider this a counterstroke to Great Britain for "nursing" the Baltic Fleet, or thut it is possibly connected with the Dardanelles agitation.
